Corned Beef & Sauerkraut Sandwich with Wholegrain Mustard
Ingredients
200gm Barossa Fine Foods Corned Beef, sliced
200gm Sauerkraut
200gm Mozzarella Cheese, Sliced
1 Loaf Pane Di Casa
Butter
Wholegrain Mustard
Black Pepper
Cooking Method
Thickly slice the Pane Di Casa loaf, toast the slices. Once toasted generously spread with butter and top with sauerkraut, fold the slices of corned beef and layer on the sauerkraut. Pop the sliced mozzarella on top of the corned beef and place in the oven, heat until the cheese has melted.
Serve with a dollop of wholegrain mustard and a sprinkle of cracked black pepper.
